The household with a baby

It Housework is already hard enough. You just got home from work after a long day, and then you still have to do the housework. And now that you have a little one, scheduling tasks becomes even harder. We have some helpful tips for you! Read on.

Make a schedule
Here's our golden tip: create a household schedule for yourself. This allows you to see your daily chores and tasks. This way, it's more manageable and you won't forget or skip anything.

Storage space
The more storage space, the better. Freeing up extra storage space will also give you a better overview of all your things. Organize your toys, too, and divide them into multiple bins (e.g., Legos by Legos and blocks by blocks). This will prevent chaos in your house.

Let your child help from an early age
This will certainly be difficult when you have a baby. But let them start helping clean up early. This will become a habit for your little one, and you'll have less to clean up after. Perfect.

Every day 1 wash and 1 task
Do at least one load of laundry every day. This saves a lot of time on the weekend. Have you ever considered multiple laundry baskets or a 3-in-1 laundry basket? This is a basket with three baskets: one for colored laundry, one for whites, and one for darks. This is especially handy for households with a child.

We've talked about a schedule, of course. Schedule at least one task per day. This way, you'll divide your week well and it won't feel like you're constantly busy with housework.
